Nightshift Dev is run by Albert Nahas in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This page says what the site collects and what happens to it.
The waitlist
When you join, I store your email address, what you picked (track and format) and the page you joined from. I use them for one thing: to tell you when what you picked opens, with its dates. If you sign up for the newsletter, you get the newsletter and nothing else. I don't sell or share the list, and I don't add you to anything else.
The list is kept in a Supabase database hosted in Frankfurt, and in Resend, the email service that sends the messages from its Ireland region. I keep your details until you leave the list. Your legal basis is consent: you gave it by joining, and you can take it back at any time.
Analytics
The site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. There are no ad trackers.
Your rights
Reply to any email from Nightshift Dev to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or to leave the list. I delete it within a week. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
